Erik Vilhelm Wilén (July 15, 1898, Helsinki – July 23, 1982) was a Finnish athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metre hurdles.
He competed for Finland in the 1924 Summer Olympics held in Paris, France in the 400 metre hurdles where he won the silver medal.
